Amaya Jewelry is an online jewelry shop based in the Bay Area, California. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time:

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-7 business days.

Personalized, engraved, handmade, or special-order pieces may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page or communicated before fulfillment.

Shipping time:

Shipping times depend on the carrier and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Amaya Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Returns

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Items that cannot be returned:

Personalized jewelry

Engraved pieces

Custom or handmade orders

Final sale items

Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Items damaged after delivery

Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at customer@amayajewelries.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos if there is an issue with your item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
